Andrew "Andy" Keelon, MAI is the owner/founder of  J. A. Keelon Valuation and Consulting, Inc.  Keelon is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a B.S. Degree in Business Management.  Keelon is a member of the Appraisal Institute and possesses the highly sought after MAI designation.  He has had numerous hours of education with the Appraisal Institute and holds a Certified General Real Property Appraiser's license.  A more detailed copy of his qualifications can be obtained upon request.

If you've ever ordered appraisal services before, you've probably experienced inconsistent quality, report delays and a lack of communication about your needs, and thats where Keelon Valuation leaves our competition behind.  We provide high quality reports with an ethical and professional attitude with very competitive turn around times.  Furthermore, we work from a common sense type approach.  For example, you will not typically see us perform a Cost Approach on a building built in the 1960's, just to add "fluff" to the report, or just to show that we know how to perform a cost approach.  Also, you will not read about the civil war in our area data analysis for "added fluff", rather, you will find pertinent information relating to the economics of the current market.
